Rates quoted includes :
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Rates quoted is with breakfast for 2 persons.
•	Rates for Extra bed are quoted with 1 breakfast.
•	Complimentary usage of unlimited High Speed Broadband in room.
•	All bookings during Christmas Eve and New Year must include compulsory dinner.

Terms & Conditions :
•	A Peak Season surcharge at RM70.00 nett shall be applicable during Peak Period as shown below.
•	Extra bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM50.00 nett per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•	Check in time : 3.00 pm
•	Check out time : 12.00 noon.
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Baby Cot are provided free of charge.
•	Extended check out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	All reservation made during Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve shall include a compulsory dinner of which the rates shall be advised.

CHILD POLICY

There is no room charge for a maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age, sharing room with parents. Child 4 years and below eat free buffet meals when accompanied by paying parents. 1 child per parent up to a maximum of 2 free children buffet meals. 3rd child onwards of 4 years and above shall be chargeable based on the published buffet meal rates.

PEAK PERIOD

A surcharge of RM70.00 nett per suite per night are applicable on the following dates :

Hari Raya Puasa - 27 September 2008 to 04 October 2008
Christmas & New year - 20 December 2008 to 03 January 2009
Chinese New year - 23 January 2009 to 31 January 2009

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Normal Period

A one night cancellation charge for each room not taken up or cancelled shall be imposed on guest if cancellation are made within 8 days prior to check in date.

Peak Period

A one night cancellation charge for each room not taken up or cancelled shall be imposed on guest if cancellation are made within 15 days prior to check in date.

No Show

In the event of NO SHOW a full length of the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.
